Banks & MFIs

Cyclos is used by banks as a payment platform to offer their customers mobile banking and to roll out branchless banking at low costs, using: online, SMS, IVR*, USSD* banking and the Cyclos mobile app.

The entire service layer in Cyclos 4 is accessible via web services. This allows banks and MFIs to interface Cyclos with the other software they use. It is therefore possible to connect to existing POS systems or to the loan administration software of the MFI. As a result of the flexibility of Cyclos it is also used by clients to offer inter bank mobile payments.

The application and database server can be clustered, creating a scalable and reliable platform. Cyclos can handle millions of users all paying in a short period of time.
